Kirk is a pioneer in the crypto space and has been an early-stage adopter and keynote speaker since 2014. His 25 years of technology innovation include developing some of the earliest commercially viable e-commerce marketplaces. He was the founder and CEO of Medtech National Inc., where he led one of the first deployments of a cloud-based HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system (EHR) In the US. At Medtech, Kirk purchased multiple billing companies in a rollup strategy, ultimately selling the company in 2016.

Sebastian Serrell-Watts
Sebastian is a seasoned C-suite executive with leadership experience spanning finance, healthcare, and life sciences. He gained deep experience in the finance industry, including Merrill Lynch, before t launching a publicly traded veterinary oncology company, where he served as Executive Vice President and Board member. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of Diva Pharmaceuticals, overseeing international sales of OTC, prescription, and medical device products, and as COO of Regulatory Compliance Solutions, delivering regulatory compliance services to pharmaceutical companies. Sebastian brings deep expertise in capital formation, governance, commercialization strategy, and operational execution within regulated industries.

Fred Reissman
Fred Reissman is a digital finance executive and fintech strategist with over a decade of experience at the intersection of capital markets, institutional product development, and blockchain infrastructure. Most recently, he co-founded Authentica Consulting, specializing in digital asset strategy, tokenized capital markets, and agentic payment architecture. Previously, he spent 11+ years at Wells Fargo as Lead Digital Product Manager, where he owned pricing and profitability platforms used by more than 5,000 bankers across the enterprise. Fred brings deep relationships across the ICP/DFINITY ecosystem, a track record of structuring complex token-economics.

Austin Fatheree
Austin brings 20+ years of software architecture and blockchain development expertise. He previously served as CTO of the ORIGYN Foundation, where he led development of NFT and digital asset infrastructure. Austin is also the Executive Director of ICDevs.org, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Internet Computer Protocol developer education and tooling. His deep
technical knowledge of ICP architecture makes him instrumental in building Solum's decentralized healthcare platform.

Rob is a lawyer with a very entrepreneurial business background. He has invested in and owned a number of diverse operating concerns; including wholesale distribution facilities, a chain of restaurants, convenience and gas stations; manufacturing, construction, technology and retail oriented businesses. As managing partner of Chartwell, he has provided investment banking services for a diverse national and international clientele which includes: cigarette manufacturers, a worldwide military parts distributor, a hedge fund start-up, a retail chain of hair salons, mining companies, lumber and wood products industries, furniture manufacturers, a hydro-electric plant, Mexican maquiladora operations and various software and technology entities.
